The chalet at Rectory Farm Barn was simply amazing! It had everything I needed, including three bathrooms which were a major plus for someone like me who has limited mobility. I loved how cozy and comfortable the room felt, with a nice dining area and a sofa for lounging. And let's not forget the electric kettle - perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the evenings. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The only thing I liked less was that there were showers in all three bathrooms.

The barn was beautifully restored and furnished, offering all the amenities you could wish for. The hosts, Barney and Annabel, were great and made us feel at home. We loved the location, nestled in a charming village with great pubs and friendly locals. It was the perfect getaway from the city, allowing us to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
There were a couple of minor issues that could have improved our stay. the shower tray was quite slippery, and it would have been helpful to have a safety mat to prevent any accidents.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Rectory Farm Barn Villa. the barn has been beautifully restored and furnished with all the amenities we could wish for. Barney and Annabel were amazing hosts, accommodating our every need. Castle Bynham, a charming village nearby, had a couple of great pubs where we enjoyed mingling with the friendly locals. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the city, Rectory Farm Barn Villa is definitely the place to check out. Our stay was made even more comfortable by the thoughtful decorations and attention to detail. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

had a lovely romantic stay in grantham and rectory farm barn truly exceeded our expectations. the beautifully restored barn was well-decorated and had all the amenities we needed. barney and annabel were fantastic hosts and the village of castle bynham was a charming place to explore.
